i perosnally think that Axia 1.0 E is a best buy if compare to the Viva 660 last time, specs a lot better with the same price 25k

maybe because it's EEV so they get the incentive for the price to reduce hmm.gif

yeah, with the priced of IRIZ, the AXIA will be hot cake, and already on top of my list brows.gif

Can you buy radio and speaker from accessories shop and fix it on the Axia Standard E model?

Perhaps you get better boom sounds than the original radio from Perodua.

I went to showroom and see edi. Overall looks quite nice apart from the metre cluster and rear lamps (the biji2 LED thing looks weird on this car).

+1

the SE/AV variant front just looks plain ugly.

gonna wait n c if proton iriz will drop in price or not. the safety features in iriz looks interesting and if it is lower than 40k might as well get iriz than this. if no price drop than no choice but to get axia SE.

oh, another stupid question: is there any place to install ABS and ECS?

Just visit perodua showroom today to view Axia. I think G spec front looks better than SE/Advance.

Any idea how they actually define 1st batch, 2nd batch and so on?
*
Just visited the showroom. The salesperson mentioned 1st batch booking ending this week. 2nd batch booking start next week. I assume he is talking about car production batch, not customers batch. I could be wrong.

Test drove the Advance model. Nice car for the price, and promised fuel saving in the long run.
My only gripe is low torque, i.e. acceleration, in lower RPM. Decent enough when getting in or out of junction from a stand still. Also decent acceleration when I get to higher RPM in higher gears. For the record, I'm a jackrabbit starter in my current beat up car.
I read somewhere Axia had understeer issue. I found the handling is OK, though I didn't get the chance to try high speed cornering because of the test drive route chosen by the showroom.
