For me, why not... a Gulfman won't lose on looking classy... Else, a normal ones would be of course, in black... not colourful as if colourful, it for sure not so proper for the formal occasion you are attending...

Imagine a CEO in formal coat full attire except the watch which he chose a Rasta... Well, it don't look so proper, right ? That's my point of view, maybe other beg to differ ?

when i got mine i also read about the reset issue.
but i think thats a rare issue.
bmw also got new cars break down, but thats never stopped ppl buying them tongue.gif

was my beater / exercise watch, til g9300 came, and then now replaced by g9400 rangeman.
g9000 5yrs already and gone thru 1 battery change...now solar ftw tongue.gif

same thoughts, am going to collect a whole bunch of matte black gshock, not really like those colourful or fancy fancy Gs

I think its fine to wear a G Shock to attend a formal dinner that blends well with your attire.

But definately a No for me during official hour.

After a year+ ish of owning my beloved GA-110 the "O" in my "Protection" printed on the Bezel sudah hilang sad.gif

Any advice what to do?

My role require to meet a lot of corporate client, so my personal preference is to wear a formal watch during official working hrs. No doubt there some shocks that look formal. So its entirely up to how u blend wif ur attire.
