Actually if normal weekend without any talk session, really got so many ppl in EMSO? SEH not much ppl but everytime I go still got ppl visit the SEH Welcome center and the show units as well.

I guess the interest is still strong in EM coz the launches done not long ago and in Oct merrydale is coming... This sunday talk Alvin/Yvonne said will show more stuff on the upcoming launch.

Actually i pity the genuine buyer there. It's a thread to share info, but he just attracts all unnecessary comparison by baiting other forummers with his flame and out of common sense responses. I feel that the thread would have grown better without him. Buy anyway, hope buyers would reopen and probably not welcoming him around as he would draw too much flak while buyers also feel shy to respond in the forum for sticking out.

8A - I don't like the bedrooms (except MBR) at the upper floor without en suite bathrooms.  This is the exception compared to 8B, 8C and 8D.

Most likely you have met with the junior SA that doesn't really trained for SEH project? SEH no launching since last year Nov. Perhaps lack of experience marketing SA station there currently.     

So far, most of the SEH SA I encountered is quite friendly and able to answer most of my questions, though some of my questions are beyond their awareness and they will just tell no idea.

EM SA is fairly good as well, just I encounter several SA telling me different story when I ask the same questions. That create some inconsistency. But overall EM SA is quite friendly and helpful and will try their best to answer most of questions.

quite sometime passby EM via LEKAS..but really hard to know which part is Cradleton...i thought cannot see from lekas.. next time need to bring binocular..  

It is easily noticeable when you drive along Lekas, from the masterplan, it suppose to be cradleton.

The only possibility if it is not would be...... The piling is for STP instead...      But does STP need piling?   

maybe need to stop a while and digest the site for first time..its a huge site and i cannot imagine it..haha for sure not for STP laa samkor..

Personally I think it will take max 2.5 yrs for VP.
36 months is just because it's standard for Schedule H, if I'm not mistaken.

hehehee... if it is not for STP, then I am pretty sure it is for cradleton, otherwise what other structure need piling as it is already clearly visible from Lekas..
