I did. It was an awesome event.  Quality crowd and good control plus with staff performance. EW staff had a dance performance. It was pretty natural and fun to watch. After they dance, I can see hairline crack on the Tarmac road. biggrin.gif  tongue.gif

I am just kidding on the hairline crack. It was a crater. They tramped on it... biggrin.gif

As shown by someone, the mooncake package is spectacular. I would rate it as good as the CNY package they sent to EcoSky buyers. Two thumbs UP.

Superb engagement. No wonder they are the "envy" of the industry which try so hard to make it but purely shoot blank.

rclxms.gif I would expect them to put up a good show tomorrow!

I think they are okie. Just don't expect stage performance of such. Stick to the theme of mooncake festival.

Oh, I was there too.

Impressive booth they've with free food, lantern & shows.
Bring your kids along if you've, there some games for your kids. I remember quite a lot of lucky draw, and the top 3 were ipad mini, g shock & foldable bicycle.

Was busy looking at the show unit, pretty impressive if you've not been. Didn't manage to hunt for free stuff except register myself for the free mooncake.

Although it seems to me SEH have greater activity so far, but this mooncake festival of EW looks is a great start though... thumbup.gif thumbup.gif

Lucky draw, lantern word arrangement, some freebies, with makan-makan gerai, can serve as the starting point for EW to arrange some encouraging activity for the purchaser, rather the talk...

Merrydale units as most of us already knew, most probably will be launched in October, with starting price 700k for the 20 x 70 units.

Overall, the buildup is about the same as Cradleton. The major difference of course is the extra 5 feet backyard garden and the houses is with some variation in design of course (with verandah at the back of the house as well if not mistaken). Anyhow, the linear park landscape inside the fencing area of Merrydale looks to me is much more "eye catching" if compare to the one in Cradleton.

EcoMajestic seems already started the work to build up the Lekas interchange, just it is not very visible when we pass by Lekas. SA said they will try to make sure the interchange can be completed at least 3 months before the VP of cradleton/Tendefields. Toll rate not sure yet, but should be not more than RM 2.00.

Sports complex in silversquare beside having those faculties mentioned before, maybe will be having football field woh, but as usual, this is not confirmed yet and may subject to change in future. brows.gif brows.gif They will try to make sure the sports complex shall be opened to residents first, but if the "number" is not satisfactory, it will be opened to public too. sweat.gif sweat.gif

Have been told the SEH Lekas interchange shall be ready by April 2015, red pave bridge by the end of this year and sales gallery and show houses shall be ready by October, for me looks achievable indeed... thumbup.gif

Other anchor tenant for the Silversquare still not sure. But as being informed by other forummer before, silversquare most likely will have a chinese primary school, which I believe it can beneficial for both EM and SEH too... thumbup.gif

The response is awesome. There many ppl indeed and I can see many of them are very happy. Jeff and Jack tried to entertaint the crowd. I agreed the gifts from lucky draw is attraction. Many ppl ate excited and happy although some of the gifts just so-so only. Is the excitement... And the games is good too. Food wise is good as well. Serving durian mooncake only. Got standard this time!

Merrydale has smaller build up comparing to Cradleton. Facade looks quite different, the front and back with wooden / timber based verandah. Internal layout looks not much difference though. I think only 2 out of 4 type will launch 1st, namely A & C type if not mistaken.

For the landscape, it looks more exclusive with an extra water features beside the signature roundabout and the parks looks nicer. But only if you willing to pay extra 100k for that

The park seems to be nicer compare to cradleton. For me, i like the design of merrydale more and at rhe back has a balcony is good. Especially for those units where the back is waterway. Only issue here is the price and many units are quite near to the lekas highway. If ecoworld dont do something, surely it will be visible and noisy.
