I don't know whether there is a conspiracy behind Hamilton incident but to me it just a miscalculation and bad luck. The engineers knew about the tyre failure and they want to change it. At that time they are expecting rain to come and not sure which tyre they should go to. By the time they called Hamilton to pit in, he cannot controlled the car when entring the pit lane.
