rmb firmware and software version is two different thing

today's update is for 8.1 update DP
if you are on 8.1 DP you will receive 8.1 update DP when checking for update

the problem now is microsoft still havent solve the problem of updating from DP to cyan that cause bitlocker problem
even though cyan release out for your model, but if you are on DP you wont receive cyan until microsoft solve it
they are so slow

After reading through some wp forums, yeah ure right. They dont synchronize the cyan release but working on it asap.

updated to cyan last night. some bugs here and there but 1 bug haven't settled; i can send sms and receiver gets it; but i can't receive sms from anyone including sms notification from 'Mobile operator'. fak.

i tried soft reset, hard reset, stock 8.1 and restored 8.1, the sms bug is still there. i can send sms but do not receive confirmation from 'Mobile operator' and i can not receive any sms back from anyone else. sigh...

If it is a bug it will affect a lot of users too. So far any user report the same problem? Do check with mobile operator whether it's their problem or not.

have you check your messages setting "SMS Delivery confirmation"??

never encounter this kind of issue, maybe you should try to swap another sim and test?
