long time haven't been here.

updated to cyan last night. some bugs here and there but 1 bug haven't settled; i can send sms and receiver gets it; but i can't receive sms from anyone including sms notification from 'Mobile operator'. fak.

i tried soft reset, hard reset, stock 8.1 and restored 8.1, the sms bug is still there. i can send sms but do not receive confirmation from 'Mobile operator' and i can not receive any sms back from anyone else. sigh...

gave a call to celcom this evening and lodged a report. they said of course its not their problem since my sms center number is correct and i can send meant that something is wrong on the receiving on of my phone.

i did. i will find try and find another sim to test later. in any case, how can i downgrade to black/amber so that i can re-download the OTA update? i want to try that too if all else fails.

the firmware number is the same as my current Cyan number ( 3051.50009.1424.0011 ). meaning it will only flash to Cyan also not Black?

eh, so how can i downgrade to Black from Cyan then?

ok, still searching for the black rom. any links to help bro?

got into Nokia Care Server and the only available ROM to download for my lumia product code is the Cyan. dang.

all those ROMs were 404 not found. anyway, i got the ROM from previous fantasy1989 post, i think its much lower than Black and tested my sms. it seems that as evilpuppy suggested, my sim is faulty. kejap boleh kejap tak. got back to Cyan now and will replace a new sim later.

so yesterday my sms problem suddenly went away. at noon i got a flood of sms that i missed before. i think celcom mia problem.

i was about to go to Celcom to do that but since its working now, imma let it slide.

its a very nice upgrade, one of the new features that i like is moving the cursor now is like android, the "|" is not anymore all over the place.
