Anyone else having this problem?

Tile turned grey and cant do anything about it.

Update ur whatsapp. Then unpin and repin the tile.

If still not working..
1. Open whatsapp, backup all ur messages.
2. Uninstall. Restart.
3. Reinstall. Restart.
4. Open whatsapp.

cant open whatsapp.

Try to uninstall and reinstall, Whatsapp usually automatically backup your messages, so when you reinstall, I'll ask you whether you want to restore your old backup saved on the phone.

my friend also had this problem. the screen is only response for about 5sec then it will be non-responsive.. cant uninstall whatsapp due to this problem and yeah, he got this issue after he update whatsapp... help!!!!

until now still grey? im facing the same issue few days back.. do nothing and until now working perfectly..

My friend can get LTE fullbar with their android phone, same network, same location

Did you reset/ update your phone? Check mobile+sim setting under sim setting should be highest connection is 3G by default. Change to LTE.

Already change to LTE, still no luck.

try to set to 3g only and then set back to LTE
windows phone will always pick the strongest network
let's say your 3g signal is full and 4g signal is only about two bars
it will switch down to 3g network if you are not using the network actively
