you must be using Windows 8 or higher

Set a US Billing address (connected to your Microsoft account)

But like me my XBox Live account is set to another region before (dunno what region lol)

Has anyone gotten any luck with LTE on the Lumia 640? I'm with Celcom XPAX and it just won't activate LTE when using celcom4g as the APN. Anyone can provide the settings that work?

In all truth, I'm using the 640XL LTE (HK model), but it does support the LTE band 7 which Celcom is using, so I'm not sure what the issue is...
