Guys, finally is my time to get myself a new Honda City Vtec. Just want to check out few things before I proceed to place my order....

1. What is the best interest rate that Honda offer now?
2. What is the MAX discount for this car now?
3. How long do I need to wait for the delivery?
4. What free gift I can request from the SA?

Can I place my order now and get the car say like early of Jan 2007? Will this maintain my resell value or it won't make much difference?

Guys, finally I booked my City Vtec yesterday...

Initially want to get my car this year end but my family strongly against it. Cause of resale value issue....

Now I have to wait till end of Jan 2007 before I can ride on it.....

Hopefully the delivery will be more faster....

Sigh, wanted to join the TeamCity Genting gathering but too bad cannot make it. Cannot leave my GF alone and go for the gathering...

Hope to see some member here post the gathering pics to share....

How to check the car properly? Any significant sign of the CVT wearing off?

Oh ya, FYI, for 2007 City, there will be a discount of RM 1k, plus if you pay your downpayment with a Citibank credit card, you get another RM 1k discount and the SA also will offer some topup.

I don't think the delivery is slow cause is a 2007 car and the time is still within the time that the SA promise me.....

For 2006, is RM 3800 + freebies
For 2007, is RM 2500 (RM1k from Honda, RM1k by using Citibank CC to pay downpayment, Rm500 from SA) + freebies

I really feel lucky for not rushing for the 2006 car otherwise the resell value will be horrible in the future.....

Today went to Brothers @ Kelana Jaya & Eneos @ 1 U, hunting for the 3M floor mat and BM horn. Too bad no luck.

I'm looking for the Stebel BM Horn (RM 65 from Eneos) + RM30 installation fee, but too bad they don't have stock, also 3M floor mat, but Brothers only carry 3A (Replica). Anyone try the 3A one? Good or worse than the 3M?

Dear City members, please introduce a shop that sell Stebel BM Horn with good workmanship(prefer lower installation fee). Also please guide me to the shop that carry ORIGINAL 3M floor mat with reasonable price.....

Today went to hunt for the BM horn, 3M carpet and the screen sand blasting for car number.

The BM Horn is Hella New Generation BM Horn, RM 90 (inclusive of relay + installation) Not the red colour one, is fully black colour, come with a bigger box as packaging. ANYONE USING THIS TYPE? Pls give some commend. TQ.

3M carpet (not original but the boss claim is under 3M & quality almost the same), RM 5.50 per sq ft (less than RM100 for the front and back floor, excluding the boot area)

Sand blasting, RM 20 for 4 windows.

So guys, hows the pricing like? REASONABLE or expensive?
