Not long. Only a few hours.

1. In Settings - Accounts only Nubia setting available. Can't reach sync setting for Google, Facebook, Whatssup
2. Data toggle a bit confusing. Touch once - on data sim1. Touch again switch sim2. Touch again off. I don't like this way.
3. Bug with telco network signal icon. Although working properly, it is showing same strength for both. No network speed option.
4. If i restore TWRP with already activated sims, it has notification to reboot to apply sim setting but never work. Not sure how to fix this.
5. Only Lollipop 5.0?

Nice because:
1/ Stock camera
2. Fast MTP mode transfer.

BTW, 3.09 Update released in needrom already

Well, from the link in needrom, I can't flash using the tool provided Nubia updater 2.0. It always crash.

Not much different from 3.08, but definitely 3.09 is a bug fix release. For me still far from perfect.





Fixed signal strength indicator on both sim showing same level in status bar. Got network speed as well.

I tried changing DPI from 480 to 400 and 320, the camera does not scale well.

RM2200 and above is no budget friendly anymore.

Unless its 1500 below when it should be.

not normal. I flashed using the nubia tools like 2 minutes only. Never stuck.

Perhaps USB port or computer having some issues.

Haven't tried that yet. Hopefully that one have no issue with slow usb transfer and Google Admin which I use frequently.

I am trying the YIOS 5.1.1 and I found out the OS is way more practical than stock. Its camera app is better and battery life is really good.

The file transfer is better than the other Yirom, but not enough.

I really missed the advanced features of stock camera.

I had a problem making call the first time I use the phone app. No dial tone and voice.

Now back to stock 3.16.

The GPS notification still stuck there.

No problem with lag with games as reported by bro azeem.

now using 3.17.

GPS notification now ok.

Could not update to OTA 3.18 however...



UPDATE

Now possible to flash 3.18 OTA using chinese recovery.

using recovery to restore data might be able to revive it. Use USB-otg as source to restore.

Hope it can still detect from otg.

Then if it can boot up into official stock, you can flash using nubia tools.

Its working with my HyppTV, LCD TV and aircond. What a luxury.

Important! This nx505j_v3.17-jeopardisefix.zip rom is modified by myself. I replaced the SystemUI.apk in the zip with the original SystemUI.apk from the same thread and flash the rom successfully. I've tried to replace the file manually after flash 3.17 ROM and will fail to flash OTA with the provided TWRP.

You can get the original untouched from the shared mega links and the SystemUI.apk and replace manually into the ROM.

You must flash using Nubia Updater 2.0 starting from 3.09. Put away microsd and sim when flashing.
