I thought it was a smooth ride.

1. Downloading from Yandex is so painfully slow
2. I installed Google Apps and Playstore forced close. Wiped Dalvik + cache, working once, then FC again.
3. I am facing Text app (for SMS) also FC.
4. My sdcard didn't detected in TWRP

Reflashed already 3 times until now. Very funny.

I did

1. Flashed using TWRP 2.8.7.0
2. Wiped system/cache/dalvik/internal sdcard
3. Flash rom 353 + reboot
4. Flash Gapps + root + reboot

I am using the URL to generate the GAPPS but no luck for me. I tried twice.

Using CM12.1.1 now.

I think need to try start from 2.13 again.

You must be very worried mate.

Hope you can post how to recovered your IMEI and the link/URL of guide that you can use. It'll be really good for future reference.

I had a problem with my external sdcard only detected within OS. I can't see my sdcard using TWRP.

Never had this problem before to do backup or flash from external sd

Latest TWRP does not support exFAT

Explaining why I can't see my sdcard in TWRP.

I was using 2.8.6 OTA and 2.8.7.0 both not seeing exfat. I slot in FAT32 sdcard and it detects.

Bad news for me, I tried to clean install Official 3.53 and lost my EMEI too like petrofsky77.

It should be considered upgrade too lah since I flashed from 2.13 -> 3.22 then upgrade to 3.53.

I managed to restore my IMEI. I had multiple copies luckily.

Tried again and my SIM is working ....

I am pissed off GAPPS forced closed. I never get it properly working on 3.53.

So I will play with CM12.1.1 for the time being.

Perhaps you can try restore using other version of Nubia updater. I am using v2.1.0

Yes, I did that.

I am pretty sure that I installed 5.1 gapps. I tried different files too.

I dunno.

From Setting > Eyeprint Recognition > Use now ... then I got Collecting failed.

Looks like not for a disabled like me.
