Anymore info on this project in term of discount and facilities ??? I missed some sessions arranged by "privilege2u" due to ngam ngam have some things to do.... i think he dulan me already... hehehe....

Alot of facilities like "Bird's Nest" and two levels at Sky rooftop with infinity pool and club which is below pool.

Boss, i suppose the article is refer to all properties...not only this..

this applied to all properties and not just skyluxe. this means cooling measure by the government is taking effect.

getting harder to get loan = getting harder to buy a property. causing oversupply to all already launched projects including those already near completion before cooling measure.

if you're buying skyluxe for your own stay, this should not be a problem at all. and the same goes to all other properties. this is what cooling measure is all about.

if you're buying for investment, then there's a risk that you shall assess into consideration before buying... just like any other properties and not just skyluxe.

unless if really skyluxe developer had an issue of not delivering previous project abandoned or etc, attacking skyluxe for solely this issue sounds like you're making it like a personal vendetta or something.

I am agreed with your points. Location is the prime factor which belongs to the property appreciation. The market has soften which however, property are just keep mushrooming around. Flipping is no longer there.

The sales team from Skyluxe has just informed that from rm800 psf onwards which i doubt higher price should be allocated for smaller unit. They r targeting to launch on March-May. Out of my concern, what will be the selling point of this project beside location wise (walking distance to BJ recretional park and Pavillion2). High rise project are everywhere.

Any taikor can share pros and cons?
