For the view i think is great, park+pavilion, goft+future garden city?
Walking wise..hard to say n still debatable.

Lets say meet fren in Pav, walk 10~15mins..sweaty already.
Or today go Pav buy groceries, fruits etc, walk 15mins back to skyluxe. I suppose this not very msian style as well.

Is either skyluxe will be very convenient or very inconvenient..will it be lk 2head cnt reach(looks walkable but then actually not)? hmm.gif

If compare land size, price, i think park sky might be the most bad buy. Yet few of my frens still die die buy. Alot ppl also made purchase. why ah?

Also, facade is important for me ya. Is like 1st impression of a person. If i see leng lui leng zai on street, i will gv few more attention on them also.

But i must agree with u this thing kill tiny part of the park and jam issue.
