smallest unit is 661sf and minimum selling price is RM 605k so psf is RM 915... so high price....

Not only to pay the instalment and maintenance fee but also the quit rent and assessment fee. DBKL charge a lot.... My friend just receive the DBKL cukai surat for his twin arkz, he need to pay more than 1 k for the first 6 months... average 1 month hidden cost will be around/estimated RM 200 for cukai pintu (assessment), quit rent and indah water... he said very jia lat...

why condo is much expensive for cukai pintu??? is this only for DBKL??? my friend said cukai expensive for DBKL due to DBKL increase > 100% cukai last few years....

Can i say.. buy condo on selangor land better than kl land??? i have no buy any house yet so i do not know the cukai thingy.... please enlighten if possible.. thanks ya...
