If view is blocked then the unique selling point +extra$$ charged for the golf view is meaningless.

This is a con game if they knew very well that the golf view will be blocked  yet keep on telling ppl that there will be golf course view 😠

Type D1 can see the park/future community centre on the southern side. The design of balcony is to allow multi-angle views. For Type D, the balcony is jacked-out/floating corners to allow you to see another view of the facilities.

My personal feeling of this project. Not sure it is correct. For all the sifu out there, please comment me.
This property at this location no argue a really rare in town now.
For eg: those who wanted landed before due to his/her parents need some land for their own farming. Those who like nature rather than bricks around. Those who like jogging everyday. Those who like to go shopping mall often. Those who like to tracevl to city by LRT. Those who like to live nearer to CBD but do not want to the premium.
All these above are fulfilled in this project.
What are the bonus, the view surrounding the units are great too as it will not be any blocking at the moment.
I am still struggling to get my loan done hopefully. It may not success. That's the bad part of today situation.

2. Water heater issue - either recommend brand or terus bagi free together with the fridge issue or suggest a add on package. Economies of scale probably get better rates than we purchase separately
3. Grill standardise design - something like twin Arkz la

I'll be write in to skyluxe for the few issues discussed :
1. Fridge to small and need to upgrade
2. Water heater type and guide
3. To standardise all main grill doors in term of colours,  design and material.
