I got some feedback regarding the few issues:
1. The fridge size is provided according to the scale of the kitchen and design. It come with bulk ordering, therefore no changes can be done.
2. The water heater is conceal type above ceiling, it can be any brands or water tank.
3. The main door grill is standardise for all unit, and design and type will be given during handover.
4. Aircon piping can support inverter type.
*
1. the scale of the kitchen can accomodate a larger fridge. just change it to 300 L or 350 L and we are not asking for a 2 door fridge!😠😠😠
2. can instantenous water heater be used without hacking both tiles and paster ceiling?
4. good news. don't need to hack for changing aircon type👏

1. Agreed. I hope to get a larger fridge too, but wat to do, we r just buyers, any taikors can do something?
2. For the water heater if I m not mistaken, the point and wiring is already there above the plater ceiling,  we just need to fix it up with Wat ever type of Water heater that we bought ( as long as within the recommended range). No need to hack wall or pull wire.
*
if you put instanteneous water heater above plaster ceiling, how are you going to control the water temperature?

if you use storage water heater, it is easy. But the plaster ceiling will need a big openning prepared. if not, how you are going to install a big big tank above the plaster ceiling? have you see any plaster ceiling with big openning? Fyi, Waltz residence come with the storage water heater free installed already. most likely they will cover with the plaster ceiling after installing the tank. and leave a normal small opening at the plater ceiling.
just can't imagine how skyluxe owners going to install their tank (normally more than 30L). hack the plaster ceiling to install the tank?

Recent experience of the installation of plaster ceiling at my home shows that these plaster ceiling can be easily cut and reattached by screwing those plaster planks on the aluminium railing they installed and using the White color paste to make it smooth.
I guess for Skyluxe case they will not leave a hole there but instead for owner when renovate to cut a hole to install and stick back. I don't think it's a problem cos anyhow I defos gonna do plaster ceiling anyway just that mafan abit lo.
That setting is just for heater tank version. Instantaneous I think have to install on wall and pull wire originally for heater tank to connect.

i think the cost of water tank is slightly cheaper than instantaneous. They give nice nice with hot and cold piping done and give mixer liao then fully utilise it ma.

Problems with storage water heater are:
1. You need to heat the water for 20~30 minutes before you can take a shower.
2. You will waste up the hot water if you cannot finish it as it will cool down slowly (which also means that it is a waste of money to heat redundant water)

Wondering the 750 sqf units of the park 2 will make the purchasers for type A in block B to withdraw from buying or not as the pricing is quite similar. The small units in the park 2 can command a higher rent and there is a bridge to the shopping mall.

Isn't skyluxe at most Rainz level?
*
The developer should take away "luxe" from skyluxe. May be something like skyPark, skyVille, skySuite, etc but not skyLuxe!

It will mislead people that this is a luxurious serviced apartment.

TNB substation is located outside skyluxe, many discussion on this issue before, pls read the previous posts. I dun think it is a issue as in the case of The Harve, HTC directly close to the units. So far, no news of any substation within pav2 yet.

To ease the worry, someone must buy a Gauss meter to measure. Remember to buy a triple axis type that only cost you around rm750.

Noticed this from their review:

"Skyluxe also next to TNB substation

This one cannot run it is, pretty huge and visible, we wonder what kind of impact it is capable of? Can we look at other element of the projects, how about we explore the facilities."

It seems like these experienced reviewers try not to further comment on the tnb station.

I didn't buy this project, no money, to be fair and honest, SSU station is really not an issue, unless is HTC. The issue is the price is way too high for a new  developer project. If the price is lower then this is a fairly good project for own stay. Personally if I got the money, I prefer this than bullshit malton park2 or cb berjaya link2 for ownstay.
*
The tnb station there is not SSU but PPU. PPU is the second largest substation after PMU that people try to avoid. If SSU only seldom people worry.

I share my view on this project, I'm not a fan of skyluxe or agent from any developer, if dun like it just ignore it. Hehe, if say something too good or too bad in this thread will be under shooting. Must Be careful, Lol

Pro:
1.location near to few malls e.g. pv2, link, paradigm.
2.Greenery environment
3.immediate to park for exercise lover or retirement
4.conquas standard
5.GBI development
6.many facilities provided
7.large unit 2 to 4 car parks ( hard to find)

Cons:
1. Substation nearby
2. Price price price is too high for such density
3. Small unit only one carpark
4. Too near to anjung hijau
5. West view of the park will be hot at the evening
6. Accessories given e.g fridge, cabinet, aircon given as usual but no surprise,  should be free on water heater, door grill and timber floor
7.new developer unsure of quality and workmanship yet

Debatable :
2 Balconies,  in living room and master bedroom ( some say open space while some say lees practical space)
*
Water heaters should be pre-installed. Other development like waltz, twinkz residence, etc come with free storage water heater because they know that it is a hassle for their buyets to install after the plaster ceiling has been concealed. Unfortunately, Skyworld is not as considerate as others.

Noticed that the stickers on the latest sales chart dropped. Could it be the effect of the selling of The Park 2 or loan rejection?

Went to the park2 preview.
The show unit is quite nice.
The storage water heater is preinstalled for the master room.
So far only Skyluxe not preinstalling the heater. Sigh...

More dropout unit seen compared last week.
Most sought after are type D and ype D1 of block A facing south. No even one dropout unit! All the sticks are still on for these units.
It seems like there is a stronger demand for bigger units.

For smaller units, they may face stronger competition now as park 2 is on sell now, wct R4 and the link2 phase 2 are to be launched soon.

More and more units available for sales again. Visit their sales gallery you will notice from the stickers on the sales chart. I wonder how they are going to fully sell out all the units by year end as mentioned by their big boss in interviews few months back.
