I got some feedback regarding the few issues:
1. The fridge size is provided according to the scale of the kitchen and design. It come with bulk ordering, therefore no changes can be done.
2. The water heater is conceal type above ceiling, it can be any brands or water tank.
3. The main door grill is standardise for all unit, and design and type will be given during handover.
4. Aircon piping can support inverter type.

1. Agreed. I hope to get a larger fridge too, but wat to do, we r just buyers, any taikors can do something?
2. For the water heater if I m not mistaken, the point and wiring is already there above the plater ceiling,  we just need to fix it up with Wat ever type of Water heater that we bought ( as long as within the recommended range). No need to hack wall or pull wire.

Recent experience of the installation of plaster ceiling at my home shows that these plaster ceiling can be easily cut and reattached by screwing those plaster planks on the aluminium railing they installed and using the White color paste to make it smooth.
I guess for Skyluxe case they will not leave a hole there but instead for owner when renovate to cut a hole to install and stick back. I don't think it's a problem cos anyhow I defos gonna do plaster ceiling anyway just that mafan abit lo.
That setting is just for heater tank version. Instantaneous I think have to install on wall and pull wire originally for heater tank to connect.

i think the cost of water tank is slightly cheaper than instantaneous. They give nice nice with hot and cold piping done and give mixer liao then fully utilise it ma.

TNB substation is located outside skyluxe, many discussion on this issue before, pls read the previous posts. I dun think it is a issue as in the case of The Harve, HTC directly close to the units. So far, no news of any substation within pav2 yet.

I didn't buy this project, no money, to be fair and honest, SSU station is really not an issue, unless is HTC. The issue is the price is way too high for a new  developer project. If the price is lower then this is a fairly good project for own stay. Personally if I got the money, I prefer this than bullshit malton park2 or cb berjaya link2 for ownstay.

Just came out from the Edge, quite impressive 80% take-up rate over the weekend, that mean still got units left...priced close to rm1000psf

I share my view on this project, I'm not a fan of skyluxe or agent from any developer, if dun like it just ignore it. Hehe, if say something too good or too bad in this thread will be under shooting. Must Be careful, Lol

Pro:
1.location near to few malls e.g. pv2, link, paradigm.
2.Greenery environment
3.immediate to park for exercise lover or retirement
4.conquas standard
5.GBI development
6.many facilities provided
7.large unit 2 to 4 car parks ( hard to find)

Cons:
1. Substation nearby
2. Price price price is too high for such density
3. Small unit only one carpark
4. Too near to anjung hijau
5. West view of the park will be hot at the evening
6. Accessories given e.g fridge, cabinet, aircon given as usual but no surprise,  should be free on water heater, door grill and timber floor
7.new developer unsure of quality and workmanship yet

Debatable :
2 Balconies,  in living room and master bedroom ( some say open space while some say lees practical space)

Should be either loan rejected or game over
