Seems like km1 west. 1st block sapu habis manyak cepat. 2nd block slow slow mari for few months until thre next phase. And 1st block celebrating with good paper profit in short time.

all the developer is lik tat. once they sold out 50% unit of the entire project, they have making little profit dy. so they mz mark up the price for the remaining unit and maximize their profit. biz sense

Till now yet to see any floorplan of those units..... rclxub.gif
not really interested but wonder how nice the floorplan would be. horizontal or vertical layout? or good layout like KM1 East long balcony?
But with that small size, most probably the floorplan are standard n boring one..

Condo floor plan semua agak-agak serupa lah, not much different
Unless for those 1,800 sf onwards, then layout wd be different a lot

Why don't have 855sf type in Tower B? It exist in Tower A facing Tmn BJ with corner unit...

I think also goreng kaki as well. Genuine home purchaser would buy subsales, cheaper i think. 1218sf for 890k without DIBS would be 930k++. With that price, better go for treez subsales, nearer to school and bukit jalil city.

Treez's swimming pool too small and narrow. Think twinz and petalz also may have same problem. Jialat.

The most jialat swimming pool i saw is villa park.... Sibeh narrow. 2 person swim side by side also got problem.

Links soooo many small units near golf course...will it downgrade the whole area boh? No more exclusive feeling.

How narrow for treez? About how many meter? But the location just beside the jalil city is really nice now ...

Was there any price increment per floor in block A or like block B whereby no price increase from 15th floor to 35 floor?
