Hi guys,
Anyone here bought Type A (smallest unit)? I'm considering for own stay but after reading the thread and logically thinking, the psf pricing is on the high side. So would like to talk to a few owners to understand a little bit on the justification. Cheers. |

QUOTE(tpleong @ Sep 14 2017, 12:08 PM) Price per sqft for small unit is always higher . Thanks for the reply. Not too sure about the discount but the buyer intro fee of RM10K still on Ya, i understood the smaller units will have higher price per sqft. I'm just trying to reason with myself I checked with the sales team, they told me the intro fee now is 1% of the unit price instead of RM10k. But yeah would be happy to share that with you (assuming you don't mind) if I decided to buy the unit. I personally prefer a smaller unit for now or at least until I'm having my own family and needed a bigger space. Don't see that happening in the coming 10 years... which is not that long So it's me trying to convince myself that this is worth the financial commitment... Which I know no matter how I look at it from the number side, it doesn't justify Just wanted to listen to owners' story of why they bought the smallest unit. |

QUOTE(regulus2010 @ Sep 14 2017, 01:09 PM) Thanks for the reply. Skyvoque is very much cheaper and the unit is bigger as well . However , there are some 2 main issues that make me wont even consider it. It is very near to high tension cable but the worst is , it is near the kuchai lama sewage plant . It is also next to a abandon school which I can still accept. Ya, i understood the smaller units will have higher price per sqft. As whether it is worthwhile for you to buy, its all up to individual . Investment wise, I don't think its feasible. Just PM me if you need a introducer. . |
