if skyluxe can deliver its facade as in artist impression, shud rival this twin arkz.. the cantilever protruding from the facility floor looks very familiar..

Hi guys,

Anyone here bought Type A (smallest unit)? I'm considering for own stay but after reading the thread and logically thinking, the psf pricing is on the high side.

So would like to talk to a few owners to understand a little bit on the justification.

Cheers.

Price per sqft for small unit is always higher .

Not too sure about the discount but the buyer intro fee of RM10K still on

Thanks for the reply.

Ya, i understood the smaller units will have higher price per sqft. I'm just trying to reason with myself sweat.gif . Financially; at that price, I could consider SkyVogue or other options for a bigger unit.

I checked with the sales team, they told me the intro fee now is 1% of the unit price instead of RM10k. But yeah would be happy to share that with you (assuming you don't mind) if I decided to buy the unit.

I personally prefer a smaller unit for now or at least until I'm having my own family and needed a bigger space. Don't see that happening in the coming 10 years... which is not that long hmm.gif

So it's me trying to convince myself that this is worth the financial commitment... Which I know no matter how I look at it from the number side, it doesn't justify doh.gif

Just wanted to listen to owners' story of why they bought the smallest unit.

speaking from my experience and personal opinion
if buying for own-stay I don't really compare so much on the price psf
is either dun buy if exceeded ur budget or get it if within ur budget

If within ur budget, just pick one that you are most comfortable with, since you gonna actually stay in it
10 years for me is quite some time to go, and by that time you may be more capable financially

well that's for me, and I am staying nearby

Skyvoque is very much cheaper and the unit is bigger as well . However , there are some 2 main issues that make me wont even consider it. It is very near to high tension cable but the worst is , it is near the kuchai lama sewage plant . It is also next to a abandon school which I can still accept.

The price is however very attractive .

As whether it is worthwhile for you to buy, its all up to individual . Investment wise, I don't think its feasible.

Just PM me if you need a introducer.
