Understanding that maintenance fee is rm0.35/sqf including sinking fund.
How about car parks sfq? Example : unit layout 1100sqf + car park layout 150sqf The maintenance fee will calculation base on just unit layout 1100x0.35= RM385 or 1250x0.35 = rm437.50? |
