If for me, I feel all abang adik. KM1 could be the best, but facing thick issues of going out to Kesas ( the main direction for most residents ) but convenient when back from KL or Klang using Kesas. Standpoint also the middle of the Bukit Jalil.

Understanding that maintenance fee is rm0.35/sqf including sinking fund.

How about car parks sfq?

Example : unit layout 1100sqf + car park layout 150sqf

The maintenance fee will calculation base on just unit layout 1100x0.35= RM385 or 1250x0.35 = rm437.50?

i heard that the recent amendments to the strata act requires payment including accessory parcel. but dont know how it will apply here
