The house that got affected by the fallen crane. It seems that they really work fast to kaodim the issue.

But according to the sales feller that was at the gallery, work is already progressing again. Bit fallen maybe small jobs still in progress kut. But heavy machinery ceased? Cannot confirm. Cuz the fallen crane is still there, and hoarding is not repaired yet.

Wow, that's quick. Probably the resolution must've be done behind closed doors and the house owner plus the squatter community there are pretty satisfied with whatever was discussed there. hmm.gif

Work has resumed, Tower Cranes are functioning and workers are seen on the next upcoming floor. Some workers are seen rebuilding the affected house and the bengkel that modifies Honda Civics

Stopped by and spoke to a random Bangladeshi worker and he also said hoarding not repaired because bits of the crane stuff is still there and the equipment owner still haven't picked it up so they cannot seal it. He claims work has been resumed fully since last week.

Seems like they really need to use a different crawler crane supplier. They seem inept. Kudos for the quick turnaround. Let's hope this will give them and other Devs a good lesson in equipment safety during rainy season.

Great news for owners. Malaysia is still well behind in terms of site safety, I do feel sorry for the construction workers as it almost feels like they are putting their lives at risk just by going to work every day. I hope Developers can improve on this and make the site a safe place to work for the workers.

Went to the sales gallery on 2nd Jan to pick up my docs - I don't think there's any new progress physically that I can see compared to your photos. Got me a little worried but went over my head to ask the sales person.

Simple way to measure is to pass on the DUKE above. The pics were still below the highway (I took similar ones a few weeks before that photo). one month ago it was level. Now its above the highway. Also, i love the fact the highway curves away from our project at the perfect time hahaha. There is progress. Keep calm. Also Yes Owner here Block A. My first property for own stay!! Previously only bought for investment. Excited!

So far no. Usually whatsapp groups get formed nearer to building completion so I think have to be patient. I'm not really into being an admin for property group as I have far too little time in my hands. My SA also told me this project most of the buyers not so active on Low Yat or property threads. Even here there is only a few of us actual owners.

Based on their marketing feedback, most just walk into their showroom and like the facilities, location, layout, etc and just proceed to book. I'm guessing they don't really have a like for like competitor in that price bracket in that area. Pasar Road condos can consider different price brackets I guess.

Most of the active threads here are projects that have a competing project nearby in the same price range etc.

Haha, true. In fact, I feel this thread is relatively active. Compared to threads from other projects I was interested in like Tuan Residence and Savio Riana Dutamas. Those were really quiet. Part of the reason I got this place as well. More info and opinions from others about this place made it a more informed choice for me.

But dayumn, kinda wonder if it's a wrong choice not going for Tuan Residence tho. Fully sold out I heard.
