From my understanding the smallest size is 1050sqft for 2+1 rooms. Price from 600psf.Not sure if there will be many buyers at that income level willing to pay top dollar with the nearby htc in mind, but then again, there seems to be decent take up for Sunway Mont Residences at Mont Kiara which is built 150m away from the htc. Well, between Desa Satumas and stp, I'd rather take looking at the former than the latter. My concern is the HTC and oxidation pond, as well as the land is too small for my liking. Besides, there's huge plot of empty land behind, which I suspect DBKL will not let it go to waste. In that case, any possible view is gone. |

No more 4 units per floor. SW had changed the design and layout.
