Yeah, that's the great advantage of being close to the commercial lots which is just across the road. But pity it's near the htc, tho. And judging by the artist impression and description over at the Skyworld website of 4 units per floor, I'll bet that the unit sizes will be pretty big and it will command roughly 1 mil min in the price itself.

Not sure if there will be many buyers at that income level willing to pay top dollar with the nearby htc in mind, but then again, there seems to be decent take up for Sunway Mont Residences at Mont Kiara which is built 150m away from the htc.

Well, between Desa Satumas and stp, I'd rather take looking at the former than the latter.

design and layout still not ready??

Can't answer that question coz like you, I'm just an average Joe looking around as well and have no idea what the layout looks like either.

The info I gave is based on what I saw at Skyworld's website and as far as I know, there is no sales gallery as of yet. Best you give them a call and enquire. Don't know if they'll know much either as there's not much news about this project, tho.

From my understanding the smallest size is 1050sqft for 2+1 rooms. Price from 600psf.
My concern is the HTC and oxidation pond, as well as the land is too small for my liking.
Besides, there's huge plot of empty land behind, which I suspect DBKL will not let it go to waste. In that case, any possible view is gone.

No more 4 units per floor. SW had changed the design and layout. And price psf are very attractive too.

The empty land behind SkyVogue is meant for AK upcoming projects DesaValley. This has been confirmed and Rumawip Residensi Desa Satumas (just behind Sky Vogue) 3k units was launched several weeks ago. Cant recall exact date.

Skyvogue giving tandem car park. Anyone has any concern or it is acceptable?

Just checked at the website. Apparently they changed the details dy. Last week (or was it the week before?) it mentioned that it will be 4 units per floor plus only mentioning huge layouts.

11units per floor , ranging from 1,000 sqft , 1400 sqft to 2k + sqft

bear in mind this SkyVogue entrance could just opposite the Residensi Satumas

Opposite one is Satumas, behind one is Desamas which the previous building was Community Service Center Seputeh.

Different rumawips - 1 is desamas, another 1 is desa satumas.
