Erm, what I said is based on my site visit la. But I do think high possibility:

Opposite one is Satumas, behind one is Desamas which the previous building was Community Service Center Seputeh.

Different rumawips - 1 is desamas, another 1 is desa satumas.

even their skyawani series actually not bad for 300k product, skyawani 1 facilities floor one of the best for rumawip actually.. and their subsequent skywani series hopefully wont disappoint the rumawip buyers

Outside of AK's project, this part of Tmn Desa seems fine whenever I go there for meals and other activities.

In terms of rampant parking, I'll expect Residensi Desamas to have this issue, not this project since the former only allows 1 carpark for all units, whereas the minimum for the latter is 2 since the smallest unit is 1,085sf.

All thanks to gov't shortsightedness when the affordable housing initiative was first implemented. Those in charge should've foreseen that each family in a unit would've more than 1 car, regardless of how big/small that 3-bedroom unit is.
