Not too sure atm. Last time I checked with one of their sales staff a year ago, its undergoing some replanning at their end.

i think they are probably launching at about 600 to 700 psf. but taman desa seems a bit overcrowded at the moment.

A number of old condos there plus a more recent addition called Desa Papillon, which is aimed at higher-income buyers. As for those currently under-con, it's The Address 1 & 2, 2 rumahw1ps (Desa Satumas and Residensi Desamas) plus Aset Kayamas' private projects within the ex-Desa Waterpark land.
Price-wise for this particular project, I recall that the launch price was at RM 6xx/sf (tentative).
As for demographic, it's mostly Chinese just like the rest of the tamans along OKR, with a handful of Indians and Malays among them.
