Penzman might not join? This is gonna be troublesome. Anyway, if your group host hasn't create the room by 9pm, secondary hosts can take charge and create the room. Just remember to announce here, primary or secondary hosts. Drivers can check the thread to see which rooms are up and which are not smile.gif Hosts can also check if the rooms were already created or not (in case they're late or something). smile.gif

these few days the connection really poor esp connecting outside m'sia web esp yahoo..even gmail also kena..hope tonite will be alrite..

this time start from the back, hope clean through 1st corner and 2nd corner..

I lost time in the 1st corner...and 2nd long corner tongue.gif managed to do 3rd without much mistake

Here's a tip for a fast connection.
From my tiny experience la tongue.gif

I use Streamyx 512 package.
Always downloading 100MB from rapishare.
If the download starts with 100KB and then decreases till approx. 40KB.
Once reached 40KB...it will increase and maintain between 40 - 50KB approx.
Then confirmed I've found a fast server.

If not, I'll just ON and OFF my modem till I get that speed.
Also, can use the download section in 1st post...the extra tracks.
If > 40KBps...then ok.

try to restart pc and reassign another IP number... maybe will improve the server connection and performance... last time edwin hosting but keep dsc for 1-2sec, plus i staying near his house only, same area... sweat.gif but after crash/dsc and re-create the game, the game smoother than b4... smile.gif

but for 512 is normal i think...
the max speed for 512 to BT only 60kb leh...
but usually i get 40-50kb only...

but when i surfing net and check mail, loading very slow, even i off my BT. When i re-open BT, download speed is around 40kbs..

hm... not sure abt this.... too much rare cases and weird cases abt internet connection... but i think tat hamachi connection will suck a lot of bandwidth, ytday cant connect to msn when i on the hamachi... sweat.gif

512kbps cannot get 60kBps.. you have to minus out the overhead for packet transfer..

if think just go to the room and see the pinging number, see the other racers pinging whether is lag or not...

depend sometime.... my modem can suddenly boost till 60kb for few sec... tongue.gif
but the usual average max speed i cant get is 50-55kb...

2. off your msn/yahoo..
3. close any unnecessary programs
4. put hamachi and f1c in the exclusions list of you anti virus
