Last month they have booth in cheras selatan jusco and I booked a unit. Now I wan to giv up but I only can refund if I find some one interest in the unit. Not see is that any one interest on it?

After I booked then ony feel that it's really too far from KL. Now I booked another unit in sungai long, so have to give up the camellia lo.

Too all the Sifus here,
I need some review on this project. Looking forward to buy one unit here and im a first house buyer. So kind of noob on property matters. 1. Is the developer is reliable? as i see they own mostly hotels and resorts and they seems to be not heard of among the other developers.. 2. How to check the quality of the house the developer building? as i know their first project were Teratai in Selangor. 3. The master plan is not out yet so how to verify the details of the project will be true or will actually materialize? Just need some advice before i make the move. Thanks alot!! Cheers |
