Camellia Residence is a residential development situated in Bandar Tasik Kesuma, Semenyih. it's comprised of double storey terrace houses and developed by Kontan Emas, a subsidiary of Majestic group. it's expected to be completed in July 2016 Camellia Residence is gated and guarded, however units have an open conception reminiscent of americancommunity homes. it's a freehold development and units come with four bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and large carporches with enough area for 2 mid-sized cars.
