Yeah, the advancement of this property really depending on when Ecoworld will develop the land that next to it. Once the infra is ready, this place holds certain potential too.. Need some holding power for sure..

Boss, I think that's the planning in future, don't think there is any petrol station there yet.

By the way, you stay in Bandar Tasik Kesuma as well?

Even the proposed shoplots for commercial might not happen as i spoke to the SA, the developer may change it's plan and switch to residential.

As i mention, for those who have super holding power or planning to buy for own stay, this looks good. If you plan to flip upon VP, it will be very challenging as the surrounding area is still full of undergrowth except the 20x70 rows where you face the old housing estates.

Oh, there is also a HTC nearby but camelia is further away from it. I see later phases may be nearer to the HTC on the right side of camelia.

That's only plan I presume. Still need long time to build up. Yeah, I also aware there is HTC located on the land that bought by the Ecoworld. Let's see how they try to mitigate it.

HTC as long as is 200-300m away, I think it should not cause a lot of problem though, only the sore eyes of course..

-Fr Kontan Emas master plan, developer has reserve land for sekolah rendah & sekolah Menengah but it depends on government to build or not to build sekolah at there. We also have a land for college so it also depends on which college is interested to start their collage there.

-For the petrol station, is under developer future development. Fr developer master plan we will have 2 petrol stations & some shop houses/commercial area also.

-Kontan Emas have to spend about RM1mil to build a new road and make the landscape garden in Camellia Residence. The road is start fr tangki air Syabas there to the site of Camellia Residence.

-Fr the master plan there will be 9 blocks of shops. Developer propose to convert only few blocks of the shops to residential but it is not easy to convert commercial to residential so just ignore there will be any convertion of commercial to residential.
