Bro, u need to do these step

Wipe ur System/Data only (NOTE: dont wipe ur sdcard)
1) Flash CM11 Nightly
2) Flash Gapps (Link here http://www.androidfilehost.com/?w=files&flid=15799
3) Reboot the system.

U should able get Gapps working.

from twrp, there's "factory reset". that one right?

i followed ur step but my camera still not working.
install other camera apps, still same.

just forward e-permit to fedex , waiting status change now yahoo~~~

2) Mine working few days ago after which i changed ROM to "Gummy ROM".

Bit Weird though Gapps Camera not working.

when i flash cm11, it said
"blabla bla bla name/rpm already up to date"
"blabla bla bla name/logo already up to date"
"bla bla bla bla name/sbl1 already up to date"

ok nvm. its done.
i flash back to PA ROM. install gapps at there.
then factory reset. flash back to CM11. straight install gapps without camera. now ok dy.
dono how come gapps is removed but when at PA, it still there. pelik.

I would suggest you at least start learn/read more about adb/fastboot/all those jargons whenever you got the time. Would be a plus as well if there's someone there to guide you while you learn//or someone doing it and you observe and learn.

Flashing aosp rom some maintain gapps some wipe gapps some even include gapps depending on the rom chef. Its all just codes anyway.

there is an alternative way :
jz go setting > Buttons > Power Menu > Tick ScreenShot .

Then can screenshot by pressing power button then choose screenshot. No need combo press.
