last i checked, seven mobile sell the oneplus one, with CM11. i am new with this mobile buying thingy. but, aren't they're supposedly shipped with colorOS for china version?

2. if i buy the one with CM11, is it easy to simply update to cm11s? without doing root things and everything? (again i am very noob in this mobile world >,<)

I thought need to declare as per invoice price + handling fee charged by OPO..

But then the unit cost CIF (RM) on SIRIM form i should put USD$349 x RM3.20 = RM1117 right?
