Where do you usually go for service, my 1k reaching soon. They help you change filter foc?
*
Air Filter change 20k km onlylah.. And if you got K&N Filter, they will give you the new filter. Good because they don't keep it and sell to others to earn. tongue.gif

But although Mazda comes with 3 years free service and labour, there are conspiracy in it.. shocking.gif

We all see cars nowadays offer free service and labour for 3-5 years, meaning these period, you don't have to pay a cent for service. Noticed that SA always ask you to pay something that is not covered? Because they too wanna survive.

Companies keep pushing their cars with offer and rebates you can refuse. But the number of service centre is not growing same rate as selling the cars. Meaning 1 SC used to accommodate 20 cars, now have to accommodate 40 cars and growing. To maintain these, SC need more technician but due to first 3-5 years unable to earn money because of package, they will either simply service your car or not service at all.

I used to think why my Honda City got this jerking problem and keep sending to Honda service centre, they can't resolve it. Best part, it only happen after the warranty expires. Now, I know that these SC deliberately service "poorly" for your car and hope it can damage in 3-5 years after warranty expires so they can earn through you changing parts.

Honda knew the SC can earn money, that is why they recommend that user to change their engine oil every 5,000 km no matter using mineral or high performance fully synthetic. shakehead.gif

no wor... i tried with last old car toyota and honda..its okie..... it think its depending on SC branch one. i service my old honda at cheras last time no issue..but my uncle service his honda at subang many issue one...
i think its all depends on the branch... if the branch is not good then hv to change.... Mazda some SC is operate by Bermaz itself, there are also not operate by Bermaz but official SC center. Like the one in sg besi SC is not owned by Bermaz, so they can have some flexibility in terms of service and offer.
*
Not sure of your Honda in Cheras. I service in PJ and USJ. Both keep saying they can't find the fault and ask me to change this and that.. doh.gif

But this theory seems plausible... hmm.gif

vmad.gif vmad.gif vmad.gif

Yesterday I was reverse parking in Damansara Jaya. As I was slowly reversing, I felt my rear bumper hit something. vmad.gif

But the sensor was beeping that I still got some distance away and my rear was not facing a wall, just a shoplot.

Someone signalling me that I hit something. As soon as I stopped the beep is still saying I got some distance to the next object.

I came down, saw my rear bumper (black color section) hit a metal box. Got scratches. vmad.gif

I should have take video and complain to Bermaz for lousy, inaccurate reverse sensor. vmad.gif vmad.gif vmad.gif

For those who think changing the lower armbush will fix the ngek ngek sound. WRONG. doesn't fix. don't get your hopes up. smile.gif
*
Eh.. You change already? That day I go complain about the sound in Bermaz. They add more lubricant and surprisingly, after a month, still no sound. Solved? hmm.gif

Yeah I changed. The ride got a bit rougher coz I think they tighten the lower arm bush a bit more but after raining. the sound is back. now even the back has the ngek ngek sound.

Mazda should really just stick to using conventional lower arm bush and not using these faulty ones. It doesn't just affect Mazda 3, it also affects Mazda 6, CX-5!

Changed car battery few days back for free.

For those wanted to change theirs, go to any Bermaz SC will do. The warranty for the original battery that comes with the car is 3 years or 60,000km whichever comes first.

hmm.gif hmm.gif hmm.gif

BM version got ah? Because of i-Stop, car battery die faster.
