updated the hardware then the sd card, still not working and sc said will report to HQ and get back to me on solution

called Sc today and they said they downloaded a latest software from HQ and ask me to go update again tmr.

Anyone's car had developed annoying rattling sound already?
Mine is already experiencing tapping/ticking sound underneath the dash.
It is a big disappointment! Don't know if it is from internal or external.
Sounds like metal parts not tighten and tapping on each other during uneven roads. (Not the A pillar issue mentioned in the TSB)

Left car there for 2 weeks, SC cant find the source.
Will try Mazda Glenmarie SC soon. Hope can solve, else don't know who else can.

I can hear it clearly it is beneath the CD player area.

Overall quite ok with mazda. But no experience in their after sales services and car after months of driving. Showroom car sure ok.
