My sister just taught me a tactic. Buy 300 worth of groceries, swipe 6 times..

i have been doing this all the while. always buy grocery need to separate the items into a few >rm50 group, then pay separately one after another.

since i usually go for grocery shopping alone, most of the time i need to put the items into the car first (after pay few rounds) before continue to pay for the rest. lol...

otherwise, i also will first buy a few rm50 vouchers (paid separately 1 by 1) and used it later for one shot payment (which is easier).

i cannot imagine the face of the cashier having to deal with the same person so many times...

sometimes i also choose to queue again at different cashier.

But I got experience splitting bills (not for this purpose) before, and don't get black face one. It's only a bit more work for them. If you shy, can explain the reason. Or just say you want separate receipt for company expenses vs your own expenses.

reloaded my tng at lebuh bkt jalil petronas last weekend.. they charge 1% from ttl amount.. betul ka?

ya betul... if you reload rm200 they charge rm2, rm300 they charge rm3, and so on... all by cash.

still profit since cash back is 5%..

if you use mbb2amex also got 5x tp besides the 5%.

Just checked at SAM's Groceria in Nu Sentral, can reload at all counters at for credit card starts from RM 50.

I haven't tried it myself yet as I was in rush. Will probably try tonight with my AmEx.

Because I'm not working tomorrow so I won't be purposely coming here just to reload...
Moreover I'll be spending something more than RM 2k tomorrow, so this month's rebate will be exhausted.

guys, today i received the new card of TESCO Clubcard with TnG
free RM5 credit inside + free RM2.50 reload coupon.
NO RELOAD FEE at tesco stores in klang valley.
once my current TnG card finished, i will start using this card reload with HLB Wise at tesco to get the 10% max hahaha

i believed this is the best TnG card to reload with credit card

And its definitely free reload fee only this clubcard.

The real question is, can we use amex to top up on weekend?
