Nu Sentral has one SAM's Groceria.

I will need to check it out the exact counter to perform this reload.

Sad thing is I just reloaded RM 200 last month in TnG Hub and it is going to last me for 2 1/2 months...

It seems HLB Wise is a good choice for TnG reload assuming if SAM's accepts it? I will look into HLB thread then.

Have you tried before in this outlet?

Just checked at SAM's Groceria in Nu Sentral, can reload at all counters at for credit card starts from RM 50.

I haven't tried it myself yet as I was in rush. Will probably try tonight with my AmEx.

Because I'm not working tomorrow so I won't be purposely coming here just to reload...
Moreover I'll be spending something more than RM 2k tomorrow, so this month's rebate will be exhausted.

I just reloaded RM 50 using my AmEx at SAM's Groceria at Nu Sentral. RM 0.50 service charge. I just reloaded to try only. I asked the cashier and she said can reload from RM 10 onwards.

Well, I don't think anyone would want to reload only RM 10 with credit card.

TnG Hub doesn't accept AmEx, only Visa and MasterCard.

I'm not sure if this is coincidence but it just happened to me last night. What a bad birthday for me. I'm using TnG daily for LRT to work, like normal days I just scanned my card out from KL Sentral in the morning and noticed my balance was low, only left less than 5 bucks. Reminded myself that I will need to reload it at Sam Groceria's before I go back. I did and swiped RM 100 using my AmEx, the payment went through and I'm not sure what the cashier was doing on the screen, kept tapping and she seemed clueless and got her colleague to help out. Her colleague said tak boleh and voided my transactions and swiped my AmEx again to credit back RM 100 to me.

Now the nightmare came, I saw KL Sentral had issue with TnG system so I was thinking to only reload by cash when I get back to my station. Scanned few times as it showed kad tidak sah and unfortunately the counter lady said she cannot help because the system is out of service. I had no choice but to buy manual ticket.

Got down at my station and gave my card to the lady counter to check and told her I cannot go through in KL Sentral, she scanned at her system and said OK already. Then I told her I want to reload and when she tried to reload, it showed my card has been blacklisted and cannot reload! Blacklisted, I was stunned because it was fine in the morning. She asked me to check in TnG Hub tomorrow....

I don't know what has happened but out of nowhere, everything just happened after my attempt to reload in Sam's. Not that I'm finger pointing now but it is just too coincidental...

A follow up from my previous post about my card being blacklisted, one forummer just PM-ed me and she is having the exactly same issue after trying to reload in Sam Groceria's Nu Sentral. It didn't go through and the transaction was void then her card got blacklisted.

So, this is no longer a coincidence but something wrong in Sam Groceria's TnG reload service that caused it. Not sure if it's for all its outlets but at least the one in Nu Sentral. If possible avoid this outlet temporarily.

I tried once before and it was fine, my friend too. Previously we were using the standalone cashier and no issue. This time is at the normal cashier, I'm clarifying with the forummer which counter she went.

I did my reload attempt on 27th Jan's night, she didn't tell me cannot accept CC, still swiped my AmEx.
I can remember the date so clearly because that day was my birthday.

There is another forummer besides me had our TnG cards blacklisted after tried to reload in Sam's Groceria Nu Sentral. Didn't go through but still our cards were blacklisted.

Managed to unblock it in TnG Hub in KL Sentral.

I think that could be the reason.

Issue fixed after I went to TnG Hub and the fellow said indeed my card was blacklisted.

TnG Hub has never charged service charge before. Now I don't know if it does after the implementation of GST.
