What is UUU? What is DDD?

When a developer launch a property at 500k. U cannot afford. Then after 2 years. VP...market price for such new development up to 600k n flippers want to flip at 750k.

So, now new launch may be starting at 600k n above. So to developer, they are still UUU....but for flippers they cannot sell at 750k n willing to sell at 650k. So to u guys, it is DDD...

then, another 1 year gone. The condo price at developer is now up to 650k...it is still UUU woh.... but since the poor group cant even buy at 500k stage, they definately cannot buy at 650k....but there are still many others who can buy

When property price has reached beyond many people rich...shoe box or even a bed space ll be people willing to buy. This just to tell u that when the price goes beyond certain stage, things ll shrink. Even char kueh tiaw at hawker center ll shrink size in order not to increase price. At today's position. It may not look good for the location. But 20 years down the road....it may be a golden location. Look at PJ or USJ 15-20 years ago......

It ll test your eye sight "ngan kong", if future market going for shoe box, today u buy, tomorrow u ll make it bigger than late comers. Anyway, if it is not popular, u may sell back break even or suffer some losses. But in business there is always risk n no sure win (except 2 forumers here) in any investment.

Our country is going towards high income nation. Sooner the buyers not only looking for minimum 1 mil ++ properties but start buying land too.....therefore property price still have lots of room to grow. Another 6 years ll be 2020.
