Both only apply if u r in first or second loan, third loan 70%
Refinance sometime can higher if u can get a higher valuation . This is info for one year before and now I think
Bank negara have amend some restriction on refinance so perhaps some banker here can enlight us

Single storey or double? If single, prices may range from 100- 180k depends on which location. If double storey price may range from 150k - 250k. She is getting good price liao...new double storey 22x70 at a bit further up at jenjarom is selling at 360k so if she wants to sell at 360k, then susah lor....dont need to feel sad...unless her house is those old bungalow with a big piece of land.

Is a Double Storey corner house, fully extended, i think around 10M extra land on the side. Should be around 150K but those are at least 10-15 years ago. Well, anyhow, maybe did not come at the right time for her if she could have hold longer.

I heard the new owner, bought it to lets the workers stay one.. rather than rented a house nearby.

Once upon a week ago, there is a master sifu who may be got a crystal ball telling us price ll crash in the this 3 years n you should avoid local market. Instead u should fly to London or US to buy properties there. London n US is UUU for the next 3 years. If u go, u must buy business ticket or else u ll be deem as poorfag cannot afford to buy properties n u r indeed a milo tin kosong. So if that is the case, local market even if crash, u also cannot buy because u r milo tin kosong.

So conclusion is go buy a business ticket to London first before u ask whether markey crash or not first...that is step 1....icon_idea.gif
