Cannot. The DDD camp has frighten me n I am freak out liao. This year ll discontinue to buy property after 4 years straight run. I channeling the money into stock market instead. Yesterday already started buying stocks n hope to goreng stocks now. But my past record is not good, burnt fingers many times already

This is what that will determine market price. Right now, BBB is slow. Market is slow and price is stagnant especially for high end properties. Maybe its time to grab the high end ones as the prices of these properties rises during good times.

Ermm... goreng MAS is not my cup of tea. I own long term stuff like TELEKOM, TENAGA etc.

BBB is now 50% drop (due to 50% unable to get loan). So price crash in 2015 is inevitable.

I now still working hard myself to goreng some stocks in the hope of earning some money to upgrade my economy ticket to business class lor...else kena said poorfag not affordable. Gone are those old days where one pocket keep one proton n another pocket keep one toyota but can vanish the very next day. These few years I have been working the hard way by gambling in or rather investing in properties lor....learnt the hard way. Buy n rent even rental cant cover installment. There are peole taruh us that 0.25 interest rate can cause us hardship...this really laugh die me...if he ever know our past, may be shock die him....amen.

Drop is good....am looking to buy a double storey corner house. Got some friends looking forward to open a nursery next year. So I am looking to invest one unit n can rent to them. Hope quick quick drop.....so I can buy cheap....
to me...DDD I ll buy....UUU I ll still buy. Buy n secure out by renting....if not 100% win also at least got 50% win lor...hope next few years later can increase to 100% or more win lor

They cannot differentiate what is BBB n flippers...they thought BBB is flippers n flippers is BBB. Actually BBB can be flippers but not necessary must be a flipper. We can hold but flippers may be not as they only aim to flip. Same as in stock market. Investors n contra players....

Yeah, in stock market, contra is dangerous. Normal buyer is ok. Hold for long and for dividend. Unfortunately market full of flippers due to DIBS etc. That's why they cannot differentiate you and flippers. They become angry lor.

I never buy anything using dibs as I am also against in paying for the built ininterest n plus mark up profit margins too. Why buy if u dont have the money? But I cant deny many people made money too....if they can make, n u cant, u better have other way to make it. Else once u r dropped out....that's it...finished n become angry bird....
