As u can see from history , impact will felt on stock market before hit property sector due to liquidity.panic selling only will happen if stock market drop a lots.

Not sure is that applied to property as i remembered people told me, when auntie, uncle, students... all buying share that the time you need to sell yours....

Actually i just saw an example, a desperate seller put her double story house on sale for RM370K but that no buyer willing to match that after 2 months. Then she force to sell it at RM250K as she need money urgently. I was so sad to see her selling it but she has no choice.

But again, maybe as most BBB said. Location still very important.

First, can u let us know how much she bought her property? If she bought at 100k, then u r sad for her making lesser profit. Next, where is the property n type. Next pass this info to bear bear for hin to keep in his database as he is happy to see price drop. He can go that area to see if there are anymore such properties to be bought as this is what he is aiming for few years already.

Buying property n share is different. Share u can see any uncle, aunty n students can masuk market but not property as it either need lots of cash or bank loans which in return needs u to show financially fit to get a loan.

bro the house condition is bad... but can make it nice one ask contractor come.. extra 2 pillars in front... full auto gate, full tiles

250k + 250k renocation.. looks as good as new

btw i dunno it is me what.. my gf 5 situations di... father sell son property, father sell daughter property. or brother sell sister property, mother vs sons, auntie vs uncle and etc.. next question is when can i get the money..

sounds fishy to me...

cases dealt by my gf.. many chinese ppl are selling properties among themselves within this month.. next ting is when is the money out..

i see it as a way to get money from the bank.. looks like not enouigh cash.. refinancing interest is higher than housing loans interest right?
