This is a pathetic routine. I'm being dead serious. You already work out your forearms through masturbation.
Too much arm work. Very imbalanced between pulling and pushing muscles. You're going to get a shit ton of injuries in the short and long term progression.

And this is me trying to put it to you as gently as possible.

Did you even read the stickies?

Maybe I should do forearm workouts on interval basis, the thing is I feel strange seeing my wrist being so... thin. doh.gif

Mm, so are you suggesting more back and leg workouts?

QUOTE(akiratm @ Jul 25 2014, 03:34 PM)
darklight79 have his point. and i also want to correct you.... add up mass gainer to calories deficit????  are you sure???

Mass gainer do have calorie supply right? That's what I got from the GNC salesperson... cry.gif

I got a lot of the infos from reading online and decided to start this thread to get some light on this as too much info may not be a good thing. However, one of the site that I heavily refer to is
http://bonytobeastly.com/ectomorph-muscle-...ement-protocol/

Hope that following what the author says from that article is of accurate and scientifically based info.

As a begginer you shouldn't even be doing forearm isolations. Heavy Deadlifts/rows will work the hell out of them.

Planning for some bodyweight workouts like pull-ups, chin-ups and dips with deadlift/rows.
How bout that instead of isolation?

just lift .. you will learn along the way .. very seldom u see newbie lift correctly .. even if they are following strongman program , their form may be wrong too .. SO? just go lift and track your progress .. If no progress then go find out whats wrong and correct it. This is how you learn. Reading too much of info might make you feel confused as each program are design differently.

KEYWORD: just lift
tips: Dont injured yourselves .

1. Follow SS.
2. Track everything that you eat. Buy a digital scale, weight the stuff that your mum cook.
3. Read more than you lift <--------------very important
4. Ask what you're unsure about the stuff that you've read.

It's fine that you're a newbie. What annoyed me was that it was obvious you did not read the stickies before asking for advice.

Cheers.

There is already a lot of infos and suggestion that is given to you. You just have to take action on it. Unless that you walk the talk, you can never understand what really works for you. Grab a program, do it, monitor your progress and then only you alter from there. Else, you are just collecting info and did not turn it into practical. wink.gif
