just lift .. you will learn along the way .. very seldom u see newbie lift correctly .. even if they are following strongman program , their form may be wrong too .. SO? just go lift and track your progress .. If no progress then go find out whats wrong and correct it. This is how you learn. Reading too much of info might make you feel confused as each program are design differently.
