call them during normal working hours, then your call will be pickup within 5 minutes. Previously they outsource their call centre service to vendor, but now they dont outsource it anymore, that is why you see their CS quality drops a lot

How come there are some users only get charge for annual fees after 24th months of using it instead of 12th months of using it?
