hi, i like to comment becoz my car also hv TOK sound when cornering. the foreman said it happened to other saga flx as well. from driver side middle under below door. since u suggest a few option where it's coming from, i tot probably 2 or 3, but since my ear tell me it's from middle under below door, then probably not.

anyone also hv this TOK sound when cornering?

*p/s: i had se bodykit and 3max fr and rear strut
*
Mine on the passenger side, it's from the fender. Believe removing the daun pisang, tighten the bolts on the fender will help. By ear, it sounded like from the bottom part of the door if according to your description, which happened exactly to my car. But the sound isn't exactly from the door, it's at the fender that passes the vibration to the door side, and hence resonate via the door since inside door got huge lobang.

Please claim it. Jiu go SC tell them say kereta kuat minyak. Belakang drum berak sudah jem. Kasi tukak 2 set kiri/kanan mali. Bukan saja berak silinder, mau tukak kasut berak / silinder berak / hab berak smua skali baru berkesan

Ini perkara, biase SC suka amik grinder kasi gosok kasut berak ciket, pastu suh hang balik. Nanti sehari dua, datang balek TOK bunyik. Sekijiam patah balek SC mintak bikin, nanti die kasi ketok itu hab berak, jadi lagi terok. Jalan strait pon berbunyik TOK TOK TOK. Skali lagi balek, nanti die tukak silinder, berak jam pulak, makan minyak maciam anjing giler. This kinda idiotic thing, had to settle it once and for all. All 3 item has to be settled at the same time. The lesser priority is the brake shoe if it's not being worn off too much. Razsus Chia got his 1st hand experience, go back SC every day for straight 6 months just to get them remove the issue laugh.gif Kari pap dunnu makan how much ady

never know L can go that fast...., so.. meaning L also like SAT? lol (SAT got gear changing feel only? )

buttttt........ when i reach 170km/h, cannot go any futher.. is there a speed cut for saga flx ?? :drools:
*
None of Plotong car implement speed cut, however the limitation is on rev limit cut(by cutting fuel). Another thing, the transmission itself has it's limit to protect the CVT driven pulley from being over expansion, to prevent damage. Hence, when that happened to limit the drive pulley expansion + rev limit at 6krpm, you only get to hit around max 190kph(so far never heard of any GaGa CVT touch 200kph yet). 1.3 and 1.6 same.

Ur sporkrim went through all that whistling.gif Despite all that, those rims survived. However, kena 1 small scratch under 1 small incident. Was chasing an A8 going in the kapak of pavillion(the A8 probably not paying attention to the small GaGa behind at all). I survived all the corners, cleared all the road curbs without a scratch as copying a much larger car is so much easier laugh.gif Anyway, I was just proving myself a smaller capacity car can do just as well than a performance car in kapak. As the A8 went in paking, I oso faster go 3 lots after the A8, even nearer to the escalator entrance brows.gif Turned my head cheched the back, both side mirror & rvm is cleared. Proceed with reverse! Then "chreeek" doh.gif Haiya! My heart ady said sei lor!!! If I go behind check the damage, sure kena laugh geh. So I pretend nothing happened, proceed walking inside pavillion. My heart ady no mood to shopping, keep thinking what are the damages sad.gif As soon as I saw the A8 couple went into the crowd, I faster go back out kapak check on the kar. My rear wheel climbed on a piece of sand brick broken into half, the broken half cleared my falken ze522 rim guard and scratched the rim lip.

After checking, felt much relief since not major. As I walk away from my car, saw the A8 fella standing on the entrance(probably witness me go checkout the back and my funny faces). Don't know what is he doing there, probably just wanted to go back to A8 take henfon and saw everything doh.gif Seriously embarrassing to the max blush.gif

Can't remember the name. Got the collection of wangan series. 1 of the movie talk about 70 supra quite ok. The fella go challen his sifu 32GTR quite lively. The rest, so so nia. Was hoping the japorn put in moar effort in explaining how they build a car from stock to fully mod stage by stage.

Just thought of sharing this among the community. JASMA is originally NOT a brand. Its an acronym of Japan Automotive Sports Muffler Association that certifies/legalize after market exhaust system. Exhaust system that came with the certification shall not exceed certain range of decible to prevent noise polution, so as air polution.

I still can't brain how people can spend over thousand on a so called JASMA branded muffler sleep.gif Shall I start my own muffler shop in Japorn and call it SIRIM brand?! Oh look! Its SIRIM muffler, stainless steel wei! Inkris whp by 200% icon_idea.gif

Yes ar, GaGa CVTDynoable. Best part is, they allow SAT mode, D mode and L mode dyno all together at the same time. Unlike other dyno shop do for A/T cars with 3rd gear then finish story jor. How? On mou tomolo? yawn.gif

Certification in the Japorn automotib modding environment is farkin healthy. If anyone wanted their kar to pass their local "puspakom", they'll have to go with the certification. Hence, street legal modded car in Japorn is UN0noisy as what we have here. In Japorn mod world, there's no such thing as remove catalytic converter/de-catalyst or our locally known as DECAT. They have replacement PERFORMANCE catalyst which certified by JASMA to clear air pollution standard.

Fujitsubo Legalis

Tanabe Hyper Medallion

All these are JASMA certified, noise level shall not exceed 96db, which is very closed to stock exhaust noise level.

Decat stock rear box

I was pointing out, JASMA is a body that certifies muffler, not a BRAND. Just like SIRIM. You can have Caina make HAIER TV with SIRIM certification; you can have Gajah Tunggal Radial tyres made in Indon with SIRIM certification; you also can have HITACHI shower heater made in Japorn with SIRIM certification; but you do not have a SIRIM BRAND rice cooker that does not certified by SIRIM. Do you get what I mean? So, there's originally no JASMA brand, where some brainny fella created a brand name JASMA and call it imported from Japorn sleep.gif Worst is, people really spend a fortune on a JASMA brand "performance part" that is NOT JASMA CERTIFIED doh.gif

This is JASMA BRAND meter

This is JASMA BRAND header

What I'm trying to say, is this. JASMA CERTIFIED MUGEN header, with certification number under the JASMA emblem

QUOTE(d3uu!s @ Aug 19 2014, 11:41 AM)
Dear all Expert...I'm owning a Saga BLM Year 2010. I guess my engine IAFM starts faulty. May I know what is the impact of this faulty part? What would happen if I don't change it? Please advise. Thanks!!!
*
Few things concern:

1) Are you OWNING or you own a GaGa BLM?
2) How do you know it's IAFM faulty?
3) IAFM consist of several module, include canister purge valve, long-short runner switch valves, vacuum actuator IAFM switch trigger, fuel rail, injectors, fuel regulator, throttle body. Which part is rosak?

Impact of faulty IAFM(presume the valve switcher is dead, and or it's related module is dead that causing valve unable to switch over)
1) If long runner is permanent shut, low end torque dip for old Kampro engine will be significant. Driving uphill will kill your 3 gear and above, always need to lenjan to get onto higher RPM. Above 4krpm, the car is as usual.
2) If short runner is permanent shut, you experience no change at all. However, harder to attain higher rpm after 4krpm, result in lost of horse power.
3) Switch valve stuck between long/short runner. Everytime start to drive, especially initially pressed on gas pedal, the car will jerk forward abit then only start to smooth. However, good thing about this kind of damage is, you'll get even better fuel consumption, car feel extremely smooth on mid/high RPM. Most of the power output focused on midrange, between 3~5krpm. Will lost some power on top end, but who cares.

So, which is yours?

No bro. JASMA certification is good. I don't mind spend more on a branded muffler certified by JASMA if we ever get it here. But I will not spend so much on a JASMA BRAND muffler because it's not even certified.
