A6100 is suppose to be coming soon middle of this year.  Probably soon will be clearence price for a6000.

Back to canon I hear canon is going to release a 50mm f1.8 stm IS lens.  Wonder if it will replace nifty fifty and be really cheap.

i use mainly for food photography, in door controlled environment.

6D + 24-70 f4 is very good in door combo. but once hit outside you need the wide aparture, but thankfully the IS + 6D low noise at high ISO it blends very well.

its a FF, so things gonna get pros and cons once you shift from APSC to FF. Lens choice going to get more Expensive, cannot try those 40mm / 24mm pancake

and also 11 AF point, not really suitable for sport or fast moving capture. But if you are pro enough, set the camera on very quick respond, i think it is a very good camera.

it has feature for Entusiat like Wifi and GPS, and remain on certain pro feature

Since u tried a DSLR before, i think u have come to a point thinking why the heck so heavy? as for Sony A72 u can just take out anytime and shoot with DSLR quality photo.

800 can get that tamron, used it before, a pretty good lens
in fact, i upgraded from that 55-250 to the tammy, worthwhile investments for basic tele lens!

The flash hotshoe is a universal one, I think Sony has its own hotshoe, now I'm not sure.
Though it fits in but that doesn't mean you can use it, it will not work. You need to choose the one for your camera brand.
They will specify it is for Canon, Nikon, Fujifilm or etc.

Guys, ask you simple question. Would you go for older 6D (Full frame) over new 70D (APSC)??

My current gear I have is Tamron 2.8F 17-50mm, 50mm 1.8, and a Nissin Flash.

actually, honestly, makes not much of any difference between FF or APC la, unless u are into this seriously where the slight additional bokeh or wider view is die-die must have, then u upgrade lo, if not no point also, can easily replicate bokeh via photochop ma

my 450D which been using like 8years always hit the ceiling oledi. ISO max only 1600. Even 800 really the noise level can't really compare with even my phone oledi. Well, I actually eying on the 70D but I just wonder is it good to just pour in another few thousand for a older FF.

7D MKII I heard they very good with the FPS. But I'm not into sports always. And it's far more expensive if compare to 70D.

I can put extra few thousand but not that much lah. Well, if my current tamron can't fit on FF then I have to spend more for the lens.   

What do you think?

Ps: and how much u think my tamron can sell as second hand?. Mine is with no VC.

i see... sorry that i forgot to mention i found some people is selling used Canon 17-55. and because last time some people told me that Canon build quality is better, so i thought that if for Canon, i can buy a second hand. I not sure about the Sigma 18-35. i a bit worry it is not that reliable because my Sigma 18-200 is second hand unit and it had aperture faulty happened before.

80D might be this year, considering 70D was around 2013 and 60D was around 2011.

Even so, the 70D is plenty capable and it's probably the best Canon camera around and will last you for years to come.

I'm still using the 60D.

btw 60D was 2010. So yeah, 80D should be next year unless Canon intends to speed up the product range cycle.

Look at the 760D and 750D, their megapixel count is higher than a 70D.

50D to 60D - huge difference.
60D to 70D - small difference.
70D to 80D - I suspect it will be 70D with new sensor, new processor.

oh? got side by side comparison? i didnt know nikon using sony's sensor
