The surface area of the blueice is very small, and it comes with a fan. Since i have had enough of those puny chipset fan failing on me, i am going HR-05, if only i don't need to wait for the bulk doh.gif

That zalman chipset heatsink, can you give us the temperature differences before u change the heatsink and after you've changed it...

By the way, is that CM heatsink is Hyper TX?
I thought it's name is Hyper 7? blink.gif

Waah, not so much different aa?
Well maybe u've bought the wrong chipset heatsink loo...

Since u've alraedy gone to SG, why didn't u buy the one that Uglyvamps sells in his UVNIUM shop in SLS? blink.gif

It's full copper, and for sure it's better than you're zalman... icon_rolleyes.gif

Hey, you live in SG or in Malaysia?
If u live in malaysia and goes to SG a lot of times, do PM me, as me and powerslide are kinda interested to buy a thing or two... laugh.gif

guys....stop buying any ohter chipset ccooler....buy the hr-05/hr-05 sli....im using it on my dfi lp experrt and dam its good.... it gets me to only 2 degrees higher than ambient....bt of course theres a fan involved ...its the stock amd fan....heres a picture...

sorie for the blur pictures...

the amd stock fan is the best fan u can use so far ive tested.(of course nt including the tornados and ffb) it beats the 80mm vantec uv, 80mm yate loon, 80mm icute. imo hr-05 is beter than the jing ting coz u can use a variety of fansfor it... 80m,mm-70mm-90mm---they all fit ..just use the right jipties...
of bytheway on a dual slot sli dfi expert without the fan u can still run sli....just both cards must be single sot coolers.... bt if use short cards like 7300gt or 7600gt... with fans still can fit...
