did they? oh crap.

damn they can create spiderman, superman properly and not Transformers?

eeeeechk. no matter how nice, the FEEL is not there.

at first i wanted them to perhaps remake the entire Transformers The Movie (G1- Cartoon). however, if they do, it would be superbly awesome for those that loved the series and fans. but then what about the other non-Transformers fans?

damn i still think Transformers The Movie (Animation) was one of the best cartoon movies ever made. and those who've watched it, Optimus Prime's character in the movie was really something worth remembering. biggrin.gif

so? makes not difference whether they're fans or not in the 1st place.

giving TF the 'weird new look' would mislead people.

put it this way. new look - unknown response from non-fans, pure-flaming from fans. but to stick to the original look - ahh then you still have unknown response from fans but at least the fans would appreciate the effort to maintain it's originality. smile.gif

agreed....transformers the movie was one of the great cartoon movie ever made...heck,makes me want to download it now...optimus prime was very imposing in the movie...especially the scene when he drove thru the autobot city, knocked down a few decepticons, transformed then eventually decimated about half a dozen decpticons by himself...cant forget that scene...haha

and then there's springer, ultra magnus, blaster and hot rod....my favourite characters...

Thanks to nelson at Michael Bay's forums ShootForTheEdit.com for letting us know of the message he received from Mr. Brian Goldner (COO of Hasbro)

We're assuming that this is in reference to the poorly received prototype figure unveiled last weekend that is supposed to be Movie Starscream. Thanks to Reximus Prime for keeping us informed once again!

Brian Goldner writes:

Please let the people on the board know that any grey models they have seen are VERY early forms of toys and will be revised and changed, and will gain tremendous detail as they move toward finished products...

thanks and regards,

Brian Goldner

This may come as a relief to many who were not happy with the Starscream prototype, however it still remians to be seen how much these prototypes will be revised and changed before the movie is released.

yeah...the song was playing when hot rod was opening the matrix...becoming rodimus prime...

in the background you can here optimus saying...."rise rodimus prime.."

stan bush's dare is not too bad either...it was played during the start of the autobot city attack by the decepticons...when hot rod and cup was trying to get into the autobot city...

and i also love the 80's metal TF:The Movie opening song... i think it's by some band called Lion. Or was it by White Lion?

anyway, the song came right in after Unicron's destruction of that small planet... the intro guitar lick... whooh!

haha my favorite song was the song when they were fighting in junkyard with lost of yamaha motorbikes coming out underground laugh.gif

somehow the song sounds very traditional chinese pop music.

and of course the ROCK song when Hot Rod and Cop stuck with lots of Shark-tercons while Dinobots coming out saving them haha rclxms.gif
