Another thing just wanna clarify with you guys.. Anyone experiencing overheating issues of the phone during game playing etc ? Read few feedback that the processor which suspected located under the camera easily gets hot and really uncomfortable to hold the phone. Is it true?

try install gsambattery from playstore and monitor your temp..normally for my case, if heavy gaming like CoC n the rest..the temp should be around 36-37..depending on your room temp

tho it is not recommended to play games with charging on..it will kill your battery life instead.

Slippery back, yes. My RM30 Nillkin frosted case fixes the issue smile.gif

Have not had any wifi issue with TP-Link, DLink and Asus routers. Not sure about other brands of routers and/or access points.

Depends, what you intend to use it mostly for? Hard core Gaming? Go for higher specs e.g: Qualcomm Snap Dragon based. For casual (some light gaming, web surfing, etc) it is a matured chip and pretty much proven reliability.

Me? Really didn't expect this type of comment after spending almost a month writting the noob guides, restless.

You have no idea how much time and work i have done for this device, i tried all possibilities that i could think of,
and flashed almost hundreds times now, just to make sure you can do it trouble-free, and this is all you can say to encourage me?

Writting a guide for normal user is easy, but for noob it is not, i am not writting it just for you, if you are smart enough, you do not need my guides at all, google is all you need.

I might not be a psychology expert, but from your comment i suspect you are those type of person that will blame your parents and ah gong, ah ma for your own failure, what would you get them involved? They've done nothing wrong except passing the stupidibility DNA to you, but you are already big enough to make your own decision, never ever blame them for your own stupidibility and failure, remember, you are the one that choose the path and made the decisions.

About the guide, i am not that irresponsible, as i keep you guys updated, like i said i need testers to confirm something, but those volunteers are still away for holiday, so i said i will just wait until someone tested it.
My device is not enough to provide me the info i need as the first thing i did when i first got the device was unlocked it and ran a full format, i need to confirm if the guides are working good on untouched device, just to avoid people like you that will blame me if the guide is not working afterward.

Regards!

QUOTE(yapmeo @ Jul 30 2014, 04:32 AM)
Hi everyone, I just got the phone (H30-U10) from 1gadget (AP set, ROM: sjrom.cn).
Current firmware: H30-U10 V100R001CHNC00B143

I realize that the camera quality is NOT that good as advertised.

I have been searching for the issues online and I found this link:
http://58.251.132.220/forum.php?mod=viewth...0&extra=&page=1

Batch 2013 31-Dec equipped imaging module "imx134liteonmipiraw".
Batch 2014 21-Jan equipped imaging module "imx134sunnymipiraw".

[imx134] is Sony's camera sensor, [liteon/sunny] is the manufacturer for packing the camera, [mipi] is output, [raw] is image output format.

Photo samples:
http://117.21.190.200/file/MDAwMDAwMDF6gWG...0&mode=download

They say the manufacturer "Sunny" produce better quality of imaging module than "Lite-on".

My phone is using "imx134liteonmipiraw", when taking picture at night results very noisy and over smooth, also less colourful and easily out of focus. Daytime is ok.

To check the camera model:
1. Dial [*][#][*][#][1][4][7][8][9][6][3][2][#][*][#][*] using Dialer,
2. choose 'Veneer information query',
3. choose 'ApparatusTypeQuery',

user posted image

I am not sure is it true that Liteon's imaging module not good so Huawei quickly replace it to Sunny's?
Can you please share your night taken picture with your camera model and firmware?

Thanks!
