Damn far from LRT,especially during peak hours,traffic all the way to LRT,2 storey retails is not for leasing but sell to others which developer can't manage themselves,everything just MAYBE this MIGHT BE that,maybe another The Wharf...

If work at putajaya or cyberjaya maybe can consider,but to those working another direction should think twice.

Completion is on March 2017.

The condo is catered for people who already know around Puchong and want to stay around the area. About 5 mins from the condo is the butterfly interchange to ELITE, SKVE and MEX.

For the price is around 440psf only. Can give high rebate and extra cash back.

10% rebate for S and P, 20% rebate for Hari Raya promo but only pay you when vacant posession.
so still need 90% bank loan or can ask for 70% loan ?
less loan less charges.
anyone can enlighten me on this?

Example 3: "Two LRT stations are available nearby Saville @ D'Lake which are Station 10 and Station 11 of Ampang Line LRT."
The term nearby is actually at least 7km from the site to stn11. One can use the Google maps/apps to verify.

Haha is like this lo. Already used to the trick, when a property build on jalan Puchong, they will said jalan Klang lama. When Puchong south, or near sepang they will say Puchong. When at old Klang road, they said Kl south. But most unacceptable for me is southville by may sing la, Kl south wo....Then verve suite okr also Kl south . Mean southville and verve suite just nearby? XD

The layout showed the type of 1130sft is T3B.
So the master room bedroom3 and living are directly welcoming sunset.

Anyway, for investment, this should be an attractive price to bid.
