Damn far from LRT,especially during peak hours,traffic all the way to LRT,2 storey retails is not for leasing but sell to others which developer can't manage themselves,everything just MAYBE this MIGHT BE that,maybe another The Wharf...
If work at putajaya or cyberjaya maybe can consider,but to those working another direction should think twice. |

The condo is catered for people who already know around Puchong and want to stay around the area. About 5 mins from the condo is the butterfly interchange to ELITE, SKVE and MEX. For the price is around 440psf only. Can give high rebate and extra cash back. PM me for more details |

10% rebate for S and P, 20% rebate for Hari Raya promo but only pay you when vacant posession.
so still need 90% bank loan or can ask for 70% loan ? less loan less charges. anyone can enlighten me on this? tx |

One can use the Google maps/apps to verify. |
