The development offer an astounding view as it is just located next to Ayer Hitam Lake. * This part of Puchong will see many new projects coming. The red highlight area is the location or u can look out the location at wikimapia.
Should be very nice view for ownstay facing the big lake and D island at the other side. If cheap cheap 400psf can consider … Attached thumbnail(s)

Check on map, I used to have landed house here before all these major developments. My take it, many green land still available. Here, landed would be a better buy then a high rise. Also, may not be idle for investment. Lake is huge, again pollution is another factor to consider ( no single responsible party ). I remember some part of these lands a ex-mining, not sure which one. Another thing, I remember sold house, need to go kajang to close TNB account and Sepang for water account. hahahah.... |
