10 units booked is really embarrassing.. Shows they don't resort to sticker games notworthy.gif

Overall, price point not attractive n 0 rebate would turn most investors or even homebuyers off. I'm expecting sales here to be very bad causing them to restructure their package n relaunch in the future with lower absolute psf.

for rm500psf+...plenty of selection around KV....within next few mths before GST kicks in, plenty of launches....no need to rush.......buyer's game now....and possible to last for very long, even after GST implementation.....

Some ppl still harping say GST increase price, better buy now but GST already priced in to most subsales n new launch d.

With malai economy being very shaky now as highlighted by numerous foreign investors, one should only buy the really BBB projects that are cheap/worth it.

The sales staff better come here n lay out the USP cry.gif

Price is before rebate. there will be 8+2 rebate with free SPA and loan agreement. RM3k booking fee with full refund if cancel before official launching.
Location is really quite deep from Puchong town. But very near to MEX, ELITE, LDP.
Lake is D'Island Lake, not Tasik Prima.

Careful with lakes......who is responsible for lake?....ask SA in detail.....to avoid any future unforeseen cost incurred.....

SA frm MKH told me no rebate and only bumi rebate ...
And expected snp signing in May
And rm5000 booking fees
Anyway I could be wrong in booking fees amount
But sure that SA told me no rebate
Mayb they yet to finalize

By the way
Saville series will go to Mont Kiara area soon

Lake I heard is under authority care. I think most of the lake also same right? Lakeville (Mah Sing), Wharf etc

Nope...better check.....land title coverage....if cover by gov, also KO....if they fail to maintain it, u will have a wonderful aroma from lake....hahahah.....

if maintain by buyers, then KO, your maintenance bill will be high.....heheheh....both ways KO.....

that is why personally for myself, I don't believe in property near lakes, ponds, rivers and water source.....

Not sure what the latest sales after weekend

Now everywhere also this price already. And it seems more and more developer is moving to south of puchong. not sure whether sooner this area will boom due to spill effect from puchong town and cyberjaya, since the area is between this two area.

i vote for a No for this project lo. Unless it's for own stay. But even for own stay also, I rather look for other project closer to KL. OKR is ideal for me.

Okr all too expensive for me 😪😪😪... For me actually the location is better than koi prima because I'm staying somewhere nearby aeon big now .. But this is my first home so have to think properly .. The package I get info from them is from 388k discount 10% and 650++ sqft .. But I think expensive because of mkh is it ? 😂😂

What I got the info is 645sf (2 room) after rebate price from rm350k
