I just booked the 645sf unit last week. Looks decent to me.I beleive by completion end of 2019, the economy should have improved.
If can fetch a rental of RM1500-RM1600 should be okay. |

About the high tension cable I already check with 1 of my friends, he say international saft zone distance is over 100meter. If you say now is 300,meter which mean is an safety zone.
