The term "surrounded" to Sunway Pyramid/Monash Uni is easily 16 km.

Example 2: "situated in the heart of Puchong"
To some people, the heart of Puchong is the IOI mall/Puchong Jaya.
Some may think it is the beginning of Jln Puchong near Sentosa/KL side.
But will there be anyone interpret the heart of Puchong is at the end side of Jln Puchong?

Yes it is close to some highways, but not in the heart of Puchong. l personally believe the accurate term is "in the end of Jln Puchong".

Most of the Puchong land falls under MBSJ. l think this project site is under MP Sepang. Correct me if I am wrong.

I just booked the 645sf unit last week. Looks decent to me.I beleive by completion end of 2019, the economy should have improved.

If can fetch a rental of RM1500-RM1600 should be okay.

I booked aurora puchong 2 weeks ago , i cancelled and choose MKH saville Dlake , peaceful place and attractive offer .. Cant wait to move in.

Actually Im also worry about this issue, i already viewing that place , the high tension cable is very far from this project, that's why I go booking this project.

About the high tension cable I already check with 1 of my friends, he say international saft zone distance is over 100meter. If you say now is 300,meter which mean is an safety zone. Thank you your info
